20hl brewery successfully commissioned

After working together for more than half year since early 2023, finally we have the full set 20HL Automatic brewery system well commissioned and the firstly beer nearly ready for the market.

It is another big opportunity to approve our ability on higher level brewery solutions, we wish crew of Brasserie La Cibulle in France enjoy every brew under this turnkey system.

Basically the configuration as below:

- Full malt handling system, with Sommer mill from Germany, full chain disc conveyor system to get have mill,hopper and the grist hydrator etc well connected.

- A full set three vessel 20HL Brewhouse, with configuration of MT+LT+KWT, with 60HL HLT and CLT for sufficient water supply while continuous brewing. It is a fully automatic system.

- 4*40HL CCT + 1*40HL BBT, also combined with the exist tanks and well connected with glycol loop.

- Full set Control system, with two pcs industry HMI from Schneider, with ZYBREW self developed software.
