This is a 1000L brewery system we installed in Finland this year, the main configuration is as below:

1，Brew house unit :mash/lauter tun,kettle tun, whirlpool tun, one hot water. Steam heating.

2， Fermentation unit:5X2000L fermenters and 8X1000L horizontal tanks.

3， Cooling system: 10hp chiller+5000L ice water tank.

4， CIP: 200L CIP with trolley.

5， Control: Siemens PLC 1200 series,two touch screens,one for brewhouse unit Separately.
