3000L Brewery for Netherlands

This is a 3000L brewery project we installed in Netherlands, the brew house is with four vessel design: Mash+lauter+kettle+whirlpool+HLT. 

Fermentation: 30HL CCT, 40HL CCT, 60HL CCT and BBT.

500L CIP unit with three tanks: alkali tank+acid tank+sterilize tank.

Cooling unit including two circulations, one for wort cooling and one for fermentation cooling. 

A PLC control panel, with a portable panel on brew house platform for easy operation.
