What Is The Difference between Draft Beer and Cooked Beer?

When we brew beer in our home brewery, people will come into contact with two kinds of beer, draft beer for cooked beer. So what is the difference between them?

Draft beer and cooked beer is based on different methods of sterilization named. Draft beer (fresh beer) refers to non-pasteurized beer after the packaging, its delicious, but easy to deterioration, not easy to save. Fresh beer can stimulate the secretion of gastric juice, enhance appetite, promote digestion and absorption, is very helpful for enhance physical fitness. Cooked beer is passed the pasteurization and filter, yeast in the wine has been killed, can be stored for a long time.
