General description:

Turnkey craft brewery of 30hl-50hl from ZYBREW is for the whole project management based on exact building or new projects from greenland, with turnkey solution for beer recipe development, project evaluation, design, fabrication and install & Commissioning. The brewhouse efficiency range from 4 -10 brews based on different preferred configuration.

The design and fabrication are both following what is more suitable for local customers' request, the priority is making sure everything following the fixed plan. Meanwhile we have lower energy consumption and less material cost for the same beer output amount. Compared with brewery system from other countries, we help you find the best balance between investment and income.


● Higher wort wort extract

● Lower energy cost and material consumption

● Auto temp control for water, steam, wort, beer flow etc.

● Well designed steam system to increase heating efficiency and lower energy lost

● More reasonable piping construction to avoid the wort aeration problem and decrease the material lost

● Internal heater for separate kettle, working with cylinder and bottom jacket for better boiling effect.

● Adjust cooker for using other ingredients like rice, corn etc. Separate buffer tank for increasing brewing efficiency.

● Possible to make boiling process under pressure, especially for brewery at higher altitude.

● Possible catwalks on top, or with manifold or piping corridor

● Cooling unit for current use and well prepared for future expanding

● Automation system with curve indication and production record printing, with recipe storage function, clients can create new recipe as the exact production requirement.

● Fresh yeast supply or fixed yeast propagation unit

● Whole package line well planned.


Basic configuration:

● Grain handling: whole grain handling unit including mill, malt transfer, silo, hopper etc

● Brewhouse: Three, four or five vessels, the whole brewhouse unit, optional rice cooker

● Cellar: Fermenter, storage tank and BBTs, for fermentation of different kinds of beer, all assembled and isolated, With cat walks or manifold.

● Cooling: Chiller connected with glycol tank for cooling, Ice water tank and plat cooler for wort cooling

● CIP: Fixed CIP station

● Filtration: Diatomite filtration, membrane filter, Plate frame filtration unit etc.

● Compressed air unit and N2 generator, all piping line connected with system

● Yeast: Yeast storage tanks or Yeast propagation system

● ZYBREW can help with solution of package line


● Bottling line range from 1000-3000bph for different bottles or bigger capacity

● Additional hops dosing unit
