Wine fermentation tank health status have a great impact on the quality of beer, clean sterile is the most basic requirements of the fermentation tank.

At room temperature, rinse directly with water; configure 2% to 4% of the alkaline solution, then heating to 80 to 85 °C, then carry out CIP cycle for 30min; And then rinse with water for 5 ~ 10min, next, 1% ~ 2% nitric acid or sulfuric acid solution was placed at room temperature for 30 min. And then rinse with water for 5 ~ 10min, at room temperature, 0.35% to 0.5% disinfectant was used for CIP cycle for 30 minutes. Finally, rinse with sterile water to remove residual biocides.
