Fixed CIP System

Capacity: 300L, 500L 1000L 2000L or customized turnkey CIP system

Basic configuration: 300-500L: Alkali tank + Acid tank + Sterilize tank

                                   1000-2000L: Acid tank + hot / cold alkali tank + hot water tank etc.

Heating method: Steam heating for Alkali tank or hot water tank

Feature description:

The fixed CIP unit is mainly for brewery with bigger capacity or large breweries. The whole CIP system is fixed, with stainless steel piping line connected to brewhouse or cellar. CIP system can be connected with the piping corridor system or manifold for easy operation.

The pumps are all fixed and connected with piping lines, with CIP going and returning system, chemical additive units etc.

This can be semi automatic or fully automatic control.

Optional:

Fully automatic CIP system.

Separate CIP caustic tank for easy cleaning process.
