Since ZYBREW is major in micro brewery system, most of the yeast propagation units are with two stage propagation. It is compact which does not occupy too much space in most of the micro breweries, easy to operate, with separate CIP system for cleaning.

The whole propagation system can be fully automatic or semi automatic.
